In person postpartum care
My goal is to help new families navigate the fourth trimester and reduce any stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby.
In home visits are 4 hours in length, where I provide support to the birthing individual, partner, and older children if applicable. This time will allow mom (or primary caregiver) some time to relax, shower, and rest while I take over newborn duties. Visits also include help with infant feeding, establishing a routine, nursery organization, troubleshooting infant sleep, PPD/PPA screening, light housekeeping, grocery delivery, meal planning and/or prep, and baby wearing education if desired.
All postpartum packages will include a prenatal visit where we will discuss your postpartum plan, establish a visit schedule, and I can provide insight to baby registry if needed.
A la carte visits $30/hour
Minimum four hours. Night time hours must be given 48 hour advanced notice.

Virtual packages
This is the perfect for parents who don't feel as though they need hands-on or in person support, but would like the comfort of knowing there is someone always available to help and offer insight as you transition into parenthood. This can range from postpartum planning assistance, newborn routines, helping set family boundaries, and much more!
